Job Title: Software Engineer (I) - Established Engineer III Location: Chennai Work Type: Hybrid (4 Days work From Office) Position Description

- As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Software Engineer, employee will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications that support business and customer needs.
- The ideal candidate possesses strong technical expertise in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, including customization, configuration, and integration capabilities.
- Success in this role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- The position also supports the customer and agent experience through Dynamics 365 Customer Service Enterprise and a broad range of Azure cloud services, including Azure App Services, Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, Azure Service Bus, Azure Storage Accounts, Key Vault, Azure Data Lake, Application Insights, Logic Apps, Event Hub, Azure Active Directory, Azure Monitoring, and related cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 forms, including tabs, sections, subgrids, web resources, iFrames, navigation components, and ribbon commands.
- Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 solutions, customizations,



and sitemap configurations.
- Develop and support JavaScript and XRM-based solutions, including OData integrations.
- Create and maintain Dynamics 365 plug-ins, custom workflows, and extensions.
- Develop applications using C#, ASP.NET, and related web technologies.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with Azure services using Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Web APIs.
- Design and implement Power Platform solutions, including Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps.
- Enable and support integrations with Microsoft Copilot and Omnichannel capabilities.
- Perform unit testing, quality assurance activities, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of experience developing applications using C# and ASP.NET.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- 4+ years of experience using GitHub or other Git-based source control systems.
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), including SDK, Web API, plug-in development, custom workflows, Power Automate, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and integration services.

Preferred Requirements





- Experience with Azure Logic Apps and Power Automate Cloud Flows.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, and Dataverse.
- Experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines, YAML Pipelines, or GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of Power Apps Component Framework (PCF), Power Platform CLI, and Azure CLI.
- Experience with Azure Key Vault and Managed Identity.
- Familiarity with MSBuild and custom build systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to lead complex technical investigations.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across organizational boundaries.
- Experience supporting application performance monitoring and optimization.
- Knowledge of vendor solution evaluation and selection processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in a product-driven Agile environment.
