About The Department The Data Engineering team enables enterprise data platforms, analytics, and AI-driven insights across the organization. The team builds scalable data products, self-service analytics capabilities, and cloud Lakehouse platforms that help the business make informed decisions and accelerate innovation. Data engineers, analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders work closely together to deliver trusted, governed, and high-performing data solutions.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role? Experience, Education & Certifications

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of data engineering experience.
- Experience building enterprise-scale data platforms.
- Experience with modern data orchestration tools.
- Familiarity with Investment Management data domains.
- Experience with Terraform and infrastructure automation.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes platforms.

Technical Skills

- Advanced SQL expertise.
- Strong Python and PySpark development skills.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud services.
- Experience with Snowflake and modern Lakehouse platforms.
- Knowledge of Apache Spark, dbt, and Airflow.
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices.
- Familiarity with Git-based development environments.
