Scope of the Role

We are looking for an experienced Vice President – Operations & Administration to lead and strengthen the organization's administrative and operational functions across locations and geographies. The ideal candidate will have robust global exposure, experience managing multi-location operations and a proven track record of building scalable processes and improving operational efficiency.

This role will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to translate business objectives into effective operational strategies and ensure smooth, efficient and compliant execution across the organization.

Main Responsibility and Activities

/n

➢ Provide leadership for day-to-day operational activities across multiple locations/geographies. ➢ Lead operations across multiple countries, offices and business locations, ensuring consistency while adapting to local requirements.

➢ Collaborate with international stakeholders, leadership teams, vendors and external partners.

/n





➢ Ensure effective coordination between global offices and central functions.

/n

➢ Support business expansion into recent geographies by establishing appropriate operational infrastructure and processes.

/n

➢ Ensure efficient management of office facilities, security, transportation, housekeeping, travel, events and other administrative services.

/n

➢ Establish vendor selection, evaluation, negotiation and performance-management frameworks. ➢ Drive cost optimization and ensure appropriate commercial and service-level agreements.

➢ Monitor vendor compliance, quality and delivery against agreed SLAs.

/n

➢ Work with Legal, Finance, HR, IT and other functions to ensure appropriate operational controls. ➢ Build, mentor and lead high-performing operations and Admin teams.

/n

➢ Oversee real estate, transportation and import-export functions by ensuring effective and compliant management across all operating geographies.
