Within the Digital Energy Software organization, we are expanding our engineering presence in Bangalore to support the continued evolution and expansion of the EcoStruxure Foresight platform, with a strong focus on Access Control and Video capabilities.

We are seeking a C# backend developer to develop the Advanced Device Template (ADT) capabilities within the EcoStruxure Foresight platform. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, maintainable code while contributing to architectural decisions and product evolution that covers easy onboarding methods and user-centric graphics and graphics library which are intuitive.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain ADTs using C#
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA teams, and other global stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements
- Translate functional requirements into technical designs and high-quality code
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug,



and resolve complex technical issues

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and memory management
- Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
- Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux development environments
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Familiarity with software design patterns and architectural principles

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

- Positive to have knowledge in Electrical and Building Automation domain.
- Knowledge of industrial protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, or similar protocols used in automation, automotive, or telecommunication domains.
- Experience with multi-threaded and high-performance applications
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Approximately 4+ years of experience in developing software products/Edge control software within the Electrical, Industrial, Automotive, or Telecommunication domains.
