About the Role We are looking for a talented and product-focused Software Engineer to join our engineering team and help build scalable SaaS/PaaS applications and AI-powered solutions.

You will work across our technology platform, developing secure web applications, backend services, APIs, integrations, real-time communication systems, and AI-enabled workflows. This is a hands-on engineering position for someone who enjoys building products from concept through production.

What You'll Do

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain production-grade software applications.
- Build scalable REST APIs, backend services, and microservices .
- Develop modern, responsive web applications and dashboards.
- Build and maintain SaaS/PaaS architecture supporting multiple organizations and users.
- Integrate third-party platforms, APIs, webhooks, and external services.
- Work with AI/LLM services and incorporate AI capabilities into production applications.
- Develop real-time communication features involving voice, SMS, chat, notifications, and related workflows.
- Design and optimize relational databases and data models.
- Implement authentication, authorization, role-based access control, and tenant isolation.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Build reliable logging, monitoring, and error-handling systems.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, product teams, designers, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in architecture and technical design decisions.
- Identify technical risks and recommend scalable solutions.
- Maintain high standards for application security, reliability, and data privacy.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering,



Information Technolog y, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- .2–5+ years of professional software development experience
- .Strong experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScrip t
- .Experience with up-to-date frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or similar technologie s
- .Backend development experience with Node.js, NestJS, Express, Python, or comparable framework s
- .Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and API integration s
- .Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQ L
- .Understanding of database design, indexing, and query optimization
- .Experience with Git-based development workflow s
- .Familiarity with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or Google Clou d
- .Understanding of software architecture, data structures, design patterns, and scalable application development
- .Strong debugging and problem-solving skills **.
