Job Summary

Job Profile: Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and integration tools using Python, Golang, and Ruby on Rails. Develop reusable integration frameworks, connectors, and utilities to simplify system-to-system communication. Design and implement REST APIs, webhooks, event-driven integrations, and data exchange workflows.

Build tools to support customer integrations, configuration, data transformation, and automation. Design and optimize data solutions using MySQL, NoSQL databases, and Redis. Implement caching, session management, and high-performance data access using Redis.

Containerize and deploy backend services using Docker and Kubernetes, including configuration, scaling, troubleshooting, and service management. Build and maintain Kubernetes-based workloads, ensuring availability, scalability, and reliability of backend services. Implement robust error handling, retries, logging, monitoring, and observability for integrations.

Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Integration teams to deliver reliable end-to-end backend solutions. Improve existing services through performance optimization, automation, scalability improvements, and technical debt reduction.

Responsibilities

- 6+ years of work experience

- Solid hands-on experience in Python and/or Golang and/or Ruby on Rails





- Good experience with MySQL and NoSQL databases

- Hands-on experience with Redis for caching and data management

- Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes

- Understanding of cloud environments and containerized deployments

- Experience building integration tools, connectors, and automation utilities

- Experience with CI/CD, Git, logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting

- Nice to Have Knowledge of gRPC and asynchronous communication

- Familiarity with Kubernetes Helm, ArgoCD, and Kubernetes operators

- Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging systems such as Pub/Sub

- Experience working with high-volume, customer-facing production systems

- Exposure to AI/LLM-based developer or automation tools is a plus

- Improve existing services through performance optimization, automation, scalability improvements, and technical debt reduction
