Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Developer cum support Engineer with at least 3 to 4 years of experience to join our dynamic support team. As a Developer cum support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical assistance to our customers, ensuring that they have the support and expertise needed to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the success of our products and services.

This role requires flexibility to work across any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

- Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Java, Angular, Spring framework, and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Full-Stack Development: Collaborate in both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration between user interfaces (Angular) and backend services (Java, Spring).
- Code Quality: Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and development standards.
- Database: Work with relational databases, optimizing queries, and ensuring efficient data storage.
- Troubleshooting & Debugging: Diagnose and resolve software issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
- Customer Support: Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for applications, servers, and environments for customers via phone, email, and chat. Resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems.
- Technical Guidance: Assist customers with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of products or services. Provide expert guidance on best practices and product functionality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including other developers,



QA engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Product Testing: Participate in testing of new products or updates, providing feedback from a support perspective.
- Knowledge Base Maintenance: Contribute to the creation and updating of technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for customers and internal use.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback and suggestions for product improvements based on customer issues, patterns, and trends.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, quality assurance, and product management teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Customer Satisfaction: Strive to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining professional and effective communication throughout the support process.
