- Design and deliver corporate training programs for aspirants on soft skills, personality development, and communication.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in aspirant performance and develop customized training lessons.
- Develop and maintain relationships with aspirants to understand their requirements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in learning & development or a related field.
- Robust understanding of corporate training principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
