- Design and deliver corporate training programs for aspirants on soft skills, personality development, and communication skills.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in aspirant performance and develop customized training lessons.
- Develop curriculum materials, presentations, and assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Provide support to aspirants after completing the training program.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in corporate training or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of soft skills such as communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, etc.
- Ability to design engaging learning experiences through interactive sessions.
