SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Software Analyst - HRIS, working under limited supervision, supports and optimizes SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Time Management, Performance, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Learning. This role handles system administration, reporting, and enhancements, while collaborating with users to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with existing operations

BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as Software Analyst supporting live SAP SuccessFactors production environments.
- Hands-on experience in Core HR; Talent Acquisition and HR Analytics SuccessFactors modules.
- Robust understanding of HR processes and data flows.
- Experience with data analysis and report development.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
