Role Description The Soft Skills/English Educator will deliver engaging classroom sessions focused on English language proficiency, communication, and essential soft skills for K–12 learners. In this full-time, on-site role based in Vijayawada, the educator will design and implement lesson plans, facilitate interactive activities, and assess learner progress through assignments, projects, and evaluations.



The role involves collaborating with school leadership and other educators to align content with curriculum goals and Next Education’s learning frameworks.

The educator will also participate in training sessions, contribute to continuous improvement of teaching materials, and maintain accurate records of learner performance and feedback.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience facilitating learning for school-age learners.
- Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning skills, including designing structured, learner-centric sessions and learning activities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to support English language development and soft skills training.
- Candidates should possess Training skills, including the ability to conduct workshops, skill-building sessions, and interactive group activities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, Communication, or a related field.
- Experience teaching K–12 learners or delivering soft skills/English programs, preferably in a school or edtech environment.
- Ability to use digital tools and educational technology to enhance classroom engagement and assessment.
- Robust classroom management, cultural sensitivity, and a learner-centered approach to teaching.
