Location: Churu, Rajasthan

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a Soft Skills & English Speaking Trainer for our DDU-GKY training centre in Churu, Rajasthan.

The candidate will be responsible for training rural youth in English communication, personality development, workplace etiquette and soft skills to prepare them for employment.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily classroom sessions on Spoken English & Communication Skills
- Deliver training on Soft Skills, Personality Development & Workplace Behaviour
- Improve students’ confidence, pronunciation, vocabulary and conversational English
- Conduct group activities, role plays, presentations and interview practice
- Prepare students for job interviews and workplace communication
- Maintain attendance, training records and student progress
- Support overall student development and placement readiness

Candidate Requirements




- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with English, Communication, Education or related qualifications will be preferred
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience as a Soft Skills / English Speaking / Communication Trainer will be preferred
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills may also apply
- Must be comfortable working with rural youth and residential training students
