Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Social Media Strategist to plan, execute, and optimize our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, managing social media campaigns, creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting basic paid advertising activities to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Management

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Manage and grow brand presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other relevant channels.
- Create and maintain monthly social media content calendars.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.

Content Creation & Execution
- Create engaging content, including captions, graphics, reels, short-form videos, stories, and promotional creatives.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and internal teams to produce high-quality content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and launches.

Paid Social Media (Basic Knowledge Required)
- Assist in planning and executing basic paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
- Understand campaign objectives, audience targeting, budget allocation, and ad creatives.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as reach, engagement, CPC, CTR, CPL,



and conversions.
- Coordinate with the performance marketing team to optimize paid campaigns.
- Generate basic reports and insights from paid advertising campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze social media performance using platform analytics and third-party tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data and campaign performance.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond appropriately when required.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends.
- Experience in content planning, content creation, and campaign execution.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid social media campaigns.
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with solid attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Basic video editing skills for reels and short-form content.
- Knowledge of social media scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
- Understanding of lead generation campaigns and conversion tracking.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
