Social Media Strategist

We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist to take ownership of NISHANI’s social media, based in Jaipur .

This is a high-ownership role for someone who can combine creative thinking, social media strategy and performance analysis to build a distinctive digital presence for NISHANI.

What you’ll be doing

Strategy & Content

- Develop and own NISHANI’s social media strategy and content calendar
- Build on the content pillars, campaigns and recurring formats aligned with brand goals
- Develop concepts, hooks and briefs for Reels, carousels, Stories and static content
- Stay on top of social trends, creators and emerging formats
- Work with the creative team and external creators to bring content to life

Performance & Growth

- Analyse social media performance and identify what is driving reach, engagement and growth
- Track key metrics including reach, watch time, saves, shares, engagement and follower growth
- Use insights to test, optimise and improve the content strategy
- Develop UGC, influencer and community-building initiatives

What we’re looking for
- 2–4 years of experience in social media or content strategy, preferably with a D2C, fashion, jewellery or lifestyle brand
- Strong understanding of Instagram, short-form content and social analytics
- Excellent creative judgement, copywriting and storytelling skills




- Robust awareness of trends and internet culture
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Proactive, organised and comfortable taking ownership

Preferred: Experience with premium, luxury, fashion or lifestyle brands , particularly those targeting a female consumer audience , will be an advantage. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who can understand the brand, understand the audience and turn that into content that performs.
