We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Specialist build, to manage and grow our social media presence across relevant platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and creating/editing engaging content, managing social media channels, building online communities, and using analytics to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Document the Social Media Style Guide (Brand Voice / Visual Identity / Platform Guidelines / Protocols and Compliance) for social media post based on campaign requirement.
- Use image and video editing tools with the help of AI to create social media post for various platforms.
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Develop content calendars and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Write compelling captions, posts, and other social media copy.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and community conversations.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with the online audience.
- Track social media trends, platform updates, competitors, and emerging content formats.
- Analyze social media performance using relevant analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
- Identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, followers, website traffic, and conversions.
- Support paid social media campaigns and coordinate with performance marketing teams when required.
- Conduct hashtag, keyword, audience, and competitor research.




- Ensure all social media content follows brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone of voice.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, InShot, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar platforms is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be creative, digitally savvy and comfortable working with financial content. They should be able to simplify investment concepts into engaging and easy-to-understand content while maintaining professionalism and regulatory sensitivity. Salary: Competitive and negotiable based on experience and performance.
