We’re hiring: Social Media Manager at WorkBudi

WorkBudi is building an AI Chief of Staff for the new way of working.

We’re looking for someone who can help us turn WorkBudi from a product into a brand people know, talk about and want to use.

This is a 0 → 1 role. You won’t just be scheduling posts. You’ll help figure out what we should say, how we should say it, and how we get it in front of the right people.

What you’ll do

- Build and manage WorkBudi’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X and other relevant platforms
- Create Reels, short-form videos, carousels, memes and social content
- Shoot and edit short-form video content
- Develop content around AI, startups, productivity and the future of work
- Build the founder’s personal brand and thought leadership
- Write blogs, posts and other long-form content
- Find and engage with relevant founders, creators, communities and audiences
- Run campaigns to grow WorkBudi’s waitlist, product adoption and launches
- Experiment constantly — test, learn, double down and repeat





Who we’re looking for

- Robust writing and storytelling skills
- Understands what makes people stop, watch, read and share
- Comfortable creating and/or appearing in short-form video
- Can work with Canva/Figma, CapCut and AI tools
- Curious about AI, startups, technology and the future of work
- Creative, proactive and comfortable working independently
- Someone who doesn’t need a playbook to get started

Compensation: ₹25,000/month + performance-based incentives
