Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging and informative content for Instagram and LinkedIn
- Plan and develop ideas for Reels, posts, carousels, stories, and other social media formats
- Edit short-form videos and Reels using AI-powered tools
- Use AI tools for content ideation, scripting, editing, graphics, and content optimization
- Manage day-to-day social media posting and scheduling
- Research trending topics, formats, sounds, hashtags, and content strategies
- Develop content around technology, engineering, robotics, EVs, AI, and innovation
- Help improve organic reach, engagement, and audience growth
- Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain consistency in Varlon Tech's branding,



tone, and visual identity
- Support campaigns, launches, workshops, events, and other company activities

Skills We're Looking For

- Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn
- Basic to good knowledge of video and graphic editing
- Comfortable using AI tools for content creation
- Good understanding of social media trends and content formats
- Creative thinking and strong attention to detail
- Good communication and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Willingness to learn and experiment
- Preferred Skills

Experience with tools such as:

- Canva
- CapCut / Premiere Pro / similar video editing tools
- AI content creation and editing tools
- ChatGPT or other AI tools
- Social media scheduling and analytics platforms
- Previous experience managing a social media page, creating Reels, or running content projects will be an advantage.
