Role Overview

- Position: Social Media & Marketing Founding Intern.
- Compensation: Unpaid (Portfolio-Building).
- Location: Remote / Flexible.
- Mission: Help us "Build in Public" by turning our tech milestones and startup hustle into engaging content on LinkedIn and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and scale the KauROs LinkedIn and Instagram presence.
- Translate code and UI designs into viral, high-converting content, including reels and carousels.
- Assist the Head of Business Development with B2B inbound marketing campaigns and outreach strategies.
- Monitor comments,



industry discussions, and university startup pages to increase organic reach.

- You understand Gen-Z tech aesthetics and startup culture.
- You know how to write a killer hook and craft engaging copywriting.
- You possess a solid understanding of startup growth and inbound marketing.
