ABOUT WEE SPIN

WEE SPIN — Spinning Ideas, Growing Brands. We’re a creative marketing agency working across social media, content, branding and digital campaigns. From strategy to execution, we build communication that gets brands noticed.

THE ROLE We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can take a brand from “What should we post?” to “This is exactly what the brand should be saying.” You’ll be responsible for managing social media accounts, developing content strategies, leading calendars and working closely with our creative team and clients.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

● Manage social media accounts for multiple brands

● Develop social media strategies based on brand objectives

● Create and manage monthly content calendars

● Lead ideation for reels, static posts, carousels and stories

● Develop content pillars, campaign ideas and social-first concepts

● Write and oversee captions, hooks, scripts and social media copy

● Identify trends and turn them into relevant brand content

● Brief and coordinate with designers, video editors and content creators

● Plan and coordinate content shoots

● Handle influencer research and collaborations

● Monitor community engagement and social media conversations

● Track performance and prepare monthly reports





● Analyse content performance and suggest improvements

● Manage client communication, feedback and approvals

● Ensure timelines and deliverables are met

● Stay updated with platform changes, trends and digital culture

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

● 2–4 years of experience in social media management

● Agency experience is preferred

● Strong understanding of Instagram and digital content

● Excellent knowledge of trends, reels and social media formats

● Strong copywriting and communication skills

● Ability to develop ideas as well as execute them

● Experience managing multiple brands

● Strong organisational and project management skills

● Comfortable working with creative teams

● Understanding of social media analytics and reporting

● Experience with Meta Business Suite is a plus

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
