About the Role The Kahanikaars is looking for a Social Media Manager to manage and grow the social media presence of our clients across multiple platforms.

This is a hands-on role involving social media strategy, content creation, content planning, client account management and performance tracking.

LinkedIn knowledge is a MUST-HAVE.

The candidate should have strong practical experience with LinkedIn content creation, content strategy and page management, along with experience across Instagram, YouTube and other social platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts for multiple clients
- Develop social media strategies based on each client’s brand, goals and audience
- Plan and manage content calendars
- Ideate posts, reels, campaigns and platform-specific content
- Create engaging content and copy, particularly for LinkedIn
- Research clients, competitors, industries and target audiences
- Coordinate with designers, video editors and the creative team
- Manage LinkedIn,



Instagram, YouTube and other relevant platforms
- Track analytics and prepare performance insights
- Use data and trends to improve content strategy
- Maintain consistency in each client’s brand voice
- Manage multiple accounts, deadlines and deliverables

Experience & Skills
- experience in social media management, preferably managing brand/client accounts
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn is mandatory
- Experience in LinkedIn content creation and LinkedIn content strategy
- Experience managing Instagram and YouTube
- Strong understanding of social media trends, formats and audience behaviour
- Good copywriting and communication skills
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
- Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts
- Robust creative thinking and attention to detail
