Job Responsibilities:-

Develop and lead a comprehensive social media strategy that leverages cutting-edge marketing techniques to drive engagement, amplify reach, and build a consistent brand presence across all platforms.

● Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram

● Design and manage high-impact digital campaigns to highlight partners and sponsors in engaging, innovative, and organic ways.

● Uphold and evolve the festival’s digital tone and identity. Foster meaningful engagement with our literary community, including authors, publishers, attendees, and fans.

● Flawless grammar and creative writing skills

● Managing and innovating on Social Media Content

● Editing, writing & Proof-reading content once written

● Managing relations with the agency by keeping them up to date with well-prepared briefs about various activities which helps them visualize and plan ahead for effective communication

We’re Looking For:

● A book lover with a deep interest in literature, authors, and the literary community

● Strong writing, storytelling, and digital communication skills





● Experience using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, etc

● Ability to work under tight deadlines and in fast-paced environments—especially during the festival

● Familiarity with analytics and audience insights

● Photography or short-form video content skills, and a creative eye for aesthetics

Qualification & Key Attributes Required:

Ideally this person should have min 2-4 yrs experience in Social Media marketing & content writing Good Communication skills and excellent writing skills for different genres of digital media.

Experience in managing online marketing and outreach campaigns will be an advantage. Tasks require a solid attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
