We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our social media presence and develop engaging, high-quality content. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content creation, social media management, copywriting, trend research, and audience engagement, with a strong understanding of different social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute effective social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok.
- Create engaging and original content including posts, reels, stories, short-form videos, carousels, and other social media creatives.
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars.
- Develop creative concepts and content ideas based on brand objectives, target audience, and current trends.
- Write engaging captions, social media copy, headlines, hooks, hashtags, and calls-to-action.
- Edit and optimize content for different social media platforms.
- Stay updated with trending content formats, sounds, hashtags, platform algorithms, and social media trends.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members when required.




- Manage content publishing and ensure consistent posting schedules.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and overall audience engagement.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new content and growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular social media performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with clients for content requirements, feedback, and timely approvals.
- Ensure all content follows the brand's tone, visual identity, and guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok.
- Excellent content creation, copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Positive understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to create content that is both creative and aligned with business objectives.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
