We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Social Media Handler to manage and grow our company’s social media presence. The candidate will be responsible for content planning, posting, audience engagement, and monitoring social media performance across different platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company’s social media accounts, including
- Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and manage a monthly/weekly social media content calendar.
- Develop engaging posts, captions, stories, reels, and other social media content.
- Coordinate with the graphic designer, video editor, and marketing team for content creation.
- Publish content consistently according to the approved schedule.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions and respond professionally.
- Research current social media trends, hashtags, sounds, and content formats.
- Increase brand awareness, engagement, followers, and overall social media presence.
- Track social media performance using insights and analytics.
- Prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, and content performance.
- Monitor competitors and identify new content opportunities.
- Maintain consistency in the company’s brand voice, visual identity, and communication.
- Support social media campaigns, promotions, product launches, and events.
- Stay updated with changes in social media algorithms, features, and best practices.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of major social media platforms.




- Strong content writing and caption-writing skills.
- Creative thinking and an understanding of social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is preferred.
- Basic understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights.
- Good English writing skills; knowledge of Hindi/Punjabi is an advantage.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Candidates with relevant social media experience or a solid portfolio may also be considered.

- Consistency and quality of content posted.
- Social media reach and engagement.
- Growth in relevant followers/audience.
- Quality and performance of Reels and other content.
- Audience response and community management.
- Timely execution of the content calendar.
- Social media campaign performance.
- Quality of reporting and insights.

Preferred Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who is creative, trend-aware, responsible, and comfortable taking ownership of social media activities from planning to execution and reporting. Hindi, Punjabi and English language is must

Pay: ₹11,357.68 - ₹43,201.99 per month
