TheBroThing is a premium men's dating and lifestyle coaching brand. We run YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook with a full content team — and we post daily. Content is the engine of this business, and this role keeps it running and growing.

You'll run our social pages day to day — and edit the short-form content that goes on them. Half manager, half editor. You post it, you cut it, you reply to it, you grow it. Your scoreboard is growth, and we pay for it.

The growth deal

Our pages currently grow at ~4.6% a month. Deliver 5%+ monthly growth and you earn incentives on top of your salary — every month you hit it. Amounts shared on selection. Simple: beat the baseline, get paid more.

What you'll do

- Edit Reels and Shorts daily — hooks, cuts, captions, trending audio. Fast and clean.
- Repurpose our long-form YouTube videos into short-form clips that perform.
- Manage the YouTube channel — uploads, titles, thumbnails, descriptions, community tab, and comments.
- Build influencer and creator partnerships — collabs, cross-promotions, and shoutouts that bring recent audiences to our pages.
- Run the posting calendar across Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook — right content, right time, every day.
- Manage the community — comments, DMs, engagement. Our audience gets replies.




- Spot trends early and turn them around same-day.
- Track growth weekly — views, reach, follower and subscriber growth — and share what's moving the number.

Who we're looking for

- 1–3 years managing social pages, with short-form editing as a real skill, not a checkbox.
- Hands-on with Premiere Pro (After Effects is a bonus). CAPCUT NOT ACCEPTED.
- Knows YouTube channel management inside out — publishing, packaging, and what the algorithm rewards.
- Has done influencer outreach or collabs before — or can show us how they'd start.
- You understand what makes a Reel or Short hold attention — hooks, pacing, captions.
- Organised enough to run a daily posting schedule without being chased.
- Hindi + English content sensibility.
