We are looking for a creative, trend-aware, and strategically driven Social Media Manager to lead and manage social media presence for both the agency and client accounts.

Roles & Responsibilities- Social Media Strategy & Management :

 Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand positioning.

 Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and emerging platforms.

 Plan and maintain monthly content calendars for clients and internal brand communication.

 Ensure consistency in brand tone, voice, visual identity, and communication across all platforms. Content Planning & Coordination:

 Collaborate with designers, content writers, video editors, and creative teams for campaign execution.

 Brief creative teams with content requirements, campaign ideas, references, and posting plans.

 Coordinate shoots, reels, trend-based content, and campaign rollouts. Creative & Trend Contribution:

 Bring fresh content ideas, campaign concepts, and innovative digital strategies to the table.

 Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats,



platform updates, and audience behavior.

 Suggest creative improvements to increase engagement, reach, and brand visibility. Performance & Analytics:

 Monitor performance metrics including reach, engagement, impressions, growth, and conversions.

 Generate regular social media reports and insights for clients and internal reviews.  Optimize content strategy based on analytics and audience performance. Community Management:

 Monitor comments, DMs, audience engagement, and online reputation management.  Ensure timely responses and audience interaction where required. Paid Campaign Coordination:

 Coordinate with performance marketing teams for paid promotions and campaign support.

 Assist in boosting posts, ad planning, and campaign execution when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Executive, or similar role in a creative agency, digital agency, or media company.

 Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends.

 Excellent communication, copywriting, and content planning skills.

 Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously.





 Creative mindset with strong visual and storytelling sensibility.

 Knowledge of analytics tools, scheduling tools, and social media insights.

 Strong organizational and coordination abilities. Preferred Qualifications:

 Experience with influencer campaigns and brand collaborations.  Basic understanding of paid advertising and performance marketing.

 Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Notion, Trello, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.

 Experience in handling reels, short-form content, and trend-driven campaigns.
