Fly Media Technology is looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to manage social media presence and develop effective strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content strategy, audience engagement, and performance analytics, with the ability to turn ideas into engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for clients
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms
- Create and manage monthly social media content calendars
- Plan and coordinate posts, reels, stories, and other content
- Write engaging captions and social media copy
- Research trends, hashtags, competitors, and target audiences
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement
- Analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports
- Track reach, engagement, followers,



and campaign performance.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Robust understanding of major social media platforms
- Excellent communication and content-writing skills
