Position: Creative Content Creator – Video & Social Media

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, skilled, and proactive Creative Content Creator to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content, including videos, Reels, images, posters, product videos, and other social media content.

A key requirement for this role is the ability to independently shoot and edit professional-quality videos. The candidate should have relevant education, training, certification, or practical experience in videography, video editing, media production, photography, or a related field.

The role also involves planning and coordinating content shoots, including identifying suitable actors/models, locations, concepts, props, products, and other requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently shoot and edit videos for social media and marketing.
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, product videos, and lifestyle content.
- Handle the complete content creation process from concept and planning to shooting, editing, and final delivery.
- Create attractive images, posters, graphics, and other social media content.
- Develop creative concepts and ideas for videos and social media campaigns.
- Research and identify suitable actors, models, influencers, and other participants for shoots.
- Find and suggest suitable shooting locations based on the content requirements.
- Plan and coordinate video and photo shoots.
- Identify and arrange necessary props, products, equipment, and other shoot requirements.
- Research current social media trends, trending Reels, music, formats, and creative ideas.
- Work with the team to understand products and create suitable visual content for marketing.

Mandatory Requirements




- Must be able to independently shoot and edit videos.
- Practical knowledge of videography, camera handling, lighting, framing, and video editing.
- Relevant degree, diploma, certification, training, or practical experience in Videography, Video Editing, Media Production, Photography, Film, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Comfortable creating content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form platforms.
- Ability to use professional cameras or smartphones to produce high-quality video content.
- A portfolio, sample videos, Reels, or previous work will be an advantage.

Additional Skills Preferred
- Graphic design and poster creation.
- Photography and photo editing.
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop new content ideas.
- Good research, planning, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently identify actors, locations, props, and other resources required for content shoots.

Who Can Apply? We welcome applications from experienced professionals, freshers, students, and interns with relevant skills or experience in videography, video editing, photography, media production, graphic design, or social media content creation.

Previous full-time experience is not mandatory. Candidates can demonstrate their skills through professional experience, internships, freelance work, college projects, personal projects, or self-learning.

The key requirement is the ability to independently shoot and edit high-quality videos and create engaging social media content.

This role provides hands-on experience in the complete content creation process, including concept development, shoot planning, finding actors and locations, filming, editing, and creating content for multiple brands and products.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
