Can you make ad budgets work harder?

We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who lives comfortably inside Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads — someone who doesn’t just launch campaigns, but knows how to read the numbers, identify opportunities, fix what isn’t working, and continuously improve performance.

? What You’ll Do→ Plan, launch, manage & optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns

→ Manage campaign budgets, audiences, targeting and performance

→ Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for optimization

→ Analyze campaign data and turn insights into actionable strategies

→ Test creatives, audiences, messaging and campaign structures

→ Prepare performance reports and present insights to clients

→ Communicate campaign performance, challenges and next steps clearly

→ Work closely with Creative, Strategy and Account teams

→ Own client accounts and ensure campaigns stay on track

→ Stay updated with the latest paid media trends, tools and platform changes

? What We’re Looking ForMust-have:

✔️ 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads & Google Ads

✔️ Strong understanding of paid media, campaign optimization and performance metrics

✔️ Experience managing budgets and working towards performance goals





✔️ Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
