About The Job:

- We’re looking for an expert social media strategist with an eye for compelling Culturalised content and a love for ’s brand to bring that perspective to life across our owned and creator channels.

- As the India Social Media Manager, you’ll play a key role in defining a unique and recognizable voice for on social channels in India.

- Broaden ’s consumer audience, authentically engage creators, and bring a creative spark to social scrollers’ feeds.

- Drive day-to-day social strategy.

- Work closely with the APAC social team, APAC Integrated Marketing team, and a multitude of partner agencies.

- Oversee content calendars, paid programs, and influencer partnerships.

- This role is based in Noida, India.

Essential Job Functions:

- Drive social strategy for India aligned to business priorities.

- Participate in social creative planning across channels, leading to increased engagement and relevance on local social channels.

- Partner with relevant collaborators to drive a local social playbook for creators in India.

- Liaise with partners across all social content streams to ensure consistency, alignment, and efficiency.

- Align with other regional and global teams to deliver cohesive global social plans.





- Actively investigate and suggest new ways to improve engagement on local social media platforms including emerging social media platforms.

- Drive insights and optimization of local social content and programs.

Qualifications:

- 8+ years working in social media with a consistent track record of leading local social content strategy and creating social-first activity for brands or organisations.

- Deep knowledge of social content types, formats, and lengths, and what works best on each platform; a robust knowledge of (or curiosity for) what’s trending right now.

- Quick wit and a strong voice in writing and creative concepting.

- Experience working with team members and agencies to brief, review, and implement content.

- Experience collaborating with a wide variety of creators and influencers on brand campaigns and programs.
