At CI360 Degrees, we help businesses figure out what they stand for, what they should say and how to get people to pay attention. We bring strategy, design, content, marketing and sales support together—from the first conversation to the final execution.

Our work spans B2B and B2C. That means different audiences, different challenges and very few opportunities to get bored.

And a little about your part in it.

You’ll help brands show up with something worth saying. That could mean making a complex business feel refreshingly human on LinkedIn, giving a consumer brand a voice worth following, or spotting an opportunity that wasn’t on the content calendar—and making a valuable case for it.

You’ll have your hands on:

• Content ideas, calendars, captions and the small details that make a brand sound like itself.

• Publishing, managing comments and messages, and building conversations across platforms.

• Working with designers, writers and video creators to turn “what if?” into “that’s good.”

• Tracking performance, understanding what audiences respond to and making the next campaign better.

What we’d like you to bring.

Around 1–2 years of relevant experience,



strong writing instincts, an understanding of B2B and B2C audiences, and the judgement to know that every trend does not require our participation.

You should be comfortable managing multiple brands, meeting deadlines and explaining why an idea deserves to happen.

Knowledge of boosting, social platform SEO, paid campaigns and performance marketing will earn you extra interest. Especially if you can tell us what worked, what didn’t and what you changed.

You’ll work closely with a creative team and take ownership of the work you help build. Teamwork includes defending an idea, improving someone else’s and occasionally discovering that the designer was right.

There’s room to grow—in judgement, responsibility and the quality of work you can put your name to. The follower counts should grow too, of course. We do have clients.
