Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to build brand presence and audience engagement for CineClaws Ventures and its projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing social media campaigns, optimizing posts for reach and performance, monitoring analytics, and adjusting strategies based on insights.

The Social Media

Manager will collaborate with the creative and production teams to translate cinematic work into compelling social content,



maintain a consistent brand voice, and manage community interactions, comments, and messages. The role also involves staying updated on platform trends, competitor activities, and best practices to ensure that social media efforts remain innovative and effective.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand accounts and campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messages for diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan thematic calendars, align content with business goals, and integrate campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
- Experience with social media analytics tools, basic graphic or video editing, and familiarity with major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, LinkedIn) is beneficial.
- Ability to collaborate with creative and production teams, manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to evolving trends is expected.
- Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in social media management, is preferred.
