Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai, responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring social media activities across key platforms. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing social media strategies, creating and scheduling posts, optimizing content for reach and engagement, and managing community interactions such as comments and messages.

The role involves tracking performance metrics, preparing periodic reports, and making data-driven recommendations to improve campaigns.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand presence across major platforms.
- Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing, including planning content calendars and producing clear, engaging copy.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams, clients, and online communities.
- Experience with social media analytics tools, basic understanding of digital marketing principles, and familiarity with current platform trends and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
