What You'll Do

- Plan monthly social media content calendars for D2C brands
- Create social media posts, carousels, and static graphics using AI tools and Canva
- Help write captions, hooks, and hashtags that fit each brand's voice
- Schedule posts and keep brand pages active and consistent
- Track engagement, reach, and follower growth, and share simple reports
- Research trends, reels formats, and competitor pages for content ideas
- Support the founders with other social media and marketing work as needed

Who We're Looking For

- Active on Instagram and up to date with trends, reels, and memes
- Strong interest in e-commerce, D2C brands, and fashion, beauty, or lifestyle content
- Comfortable with Canva and AI tools like ChatGPT or Midjourney
- Good eye for design and transparent, catchy writing
- Organized, consistent, and able to meet posting deadlines
- Students, recent graduates, or career switchers are welcome
