Key Responsibilities:

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos, Stories and social media creatives
- Generate videos, images, animations, backgrounds and other creative assets using AI tools.
- Edit videos using CapCut / Canva / Filmora/ Adobe premiere pro or similar short-form video editing tools.
- Take raw footage, product images, AI-generated assets or simple concepts and turn them into engaging videos.
- Create fashion-focused content including product showcases, styling videos, trend-led content, promotional videos, transitions and AI-led creatives.
- Add music, sound effects, captions, text animation, transitions and other elements to make content engaging.
- Create content based on creative briefs, references and campaign requirements.
- Adapt videos into different formats for Instagram Reels, Stories and other digital platforms.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral Reel formats, editing styles and new AI video-generation tools.
- Continuously experiment with new AI tools and workflows to improve the quality and speed of content creation.
- Work closely with the marketing and social media team to execute the content calendar and campaigns.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of short-form video editing.
- Hands-on experience with CapCut or similar video editing tools.
- Experience with AI video-generation and AI creative tools.




- Ability to create AI-generated videos using text prompts, images, product visuals or references.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, trends, pacing, hooks and social-first content.
- Strong eye for fashion, aesthetics, composition and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of transitions, music synchronization, text animation and basic motion graphics.
- Ability to work quickly and manage multiple content requirements.
- Willingness to continuously learn and experiment with new AI tools.

AI & Editing Tools Experience with tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Pika, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, VN, Canva or similar AI/video editing tools will be an advantage.

You do not need to know every tool. What matters is that you understand AI-assisted content creation and can quickly learn and work with current tools.
