We are looking for a Social Media & E-Commerce Executive who will be responsible for managing our company’s social media presence, website, and online product catalogue.

The candidate should be creative, organized, and comfortable handling both content-related and day-to-day website/product management activities.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

- Manage the company’s social media pages, including Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories and promotional content.
- Plan and maintain a regular social media content calendar.
- Coordinate with the design/content team for creatives, images and videos.
- Monitor comments, messages and customer enquiries and respond appropriately.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.

Website Management

- Manage and regularly update the company website.
- Add,



edit and remove products as required.
- Update product names, descriptions, prices, images, categories and other product information.
- Check product availability and ensure that the website catalogue remains updated.
- Monitor website orders and coordinate with the concerned team regarding order processing and delivery.
- Check website pages, product listings and links regularly and report any issues.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred. Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
