ABOUT VIBESCAPES

Vibescapes is a homegrown boutique hospitality house managing distinctive resorts, villas and experiences across Maharashtra. We create nature-first escapes that combine beautiful spaces, thoughtful hospitality, outstanding food and memorable experiences.

We’re looking for a Content Creator who can turn our properties, people, food and experiences into content people want to save, share—and ultimately book.

THE ROLE

You will be the creative engine behind Vibescapes’ digital presence.

This is a creator role, not just a posting role. You should be comfortable picking up a phone/camera, directing a shot, getting the right footage, editing a Reel, writing the hook and understanding why a piece of content will—or won’t—work.

You’ll travel across our properties in Panchgani, Lonavala, Mulshi, Karjat and Kamshet to build a strong, consistent content bank.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

Content Creation

- Shoot high-quality Reels, videos, photographs and Stories across properties.
- Capture rooms, architecture, landscapes, food, experiences and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Develop creative concepts and content series for each property.
- Create both planned and spontaneous/trend-led content.
- Build a strong library of evergreen content for Vibescapes.

Reels & Video
- Ideate, shoot and edit short-form videos for Instagram.
- Understand hooks, retention, pacing, transitions, music and storytelling.
- Create property walkthroughs, experience-led videos, food content, founder/team content and UGC-style content.
- Repurpose content across Instagram, Facebook,



YouTube Shorts and other relevant platforms.

Creative Direction

- Understand what makes each Vibescapes property different.
- Develop a distinct visual language while keeping the overall Vibescapes brand consistent.
- Plan monthly shoots and content requirements.
- Brief photographers, videographers, freelancers and creators when required.
- Identify opportunities for better content during events, weekends, guest stays and special occasions.

Copy & Social
- Write strong Reel hooks, captions and Story copy.
- Stay updated with relevant social trends without blindly chasing them.
- Understand what content drives reach vs engagement vs enquiries/bookings.
- Work closely with the reservations and marketing teams to understand what guests are asking for.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Must have

- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media or a similar creative role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video.
- Good photography and videography skills.
- Strong editing skills — CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, VN or equivalent.
- Excellent visual sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to write strong hooks and captions.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra.
- Ability to work independently and execute from concept → shoot → edit → publish.

- Comfortable experimenting and learning from performance data.
- Passionate about travel, hospitality, food, design and experiences.

A BIG PLUS

- Experience working with hotels, resorts, villas, restaurants or travel brands.
- Drone/content production experience.
- Strong camera skills.
- Experience with Lightroom / Photoshop.
- Experience appearing on camera or directing people on camera.
- Understanding of Meta Ads and performance-driven creative.
- Existing portfolio of Reels/content with demonstrated organic performance.

CANDIDATE PREFERENCE

- Female candidates are preferred for this role.
- However, candidates with strong editing experience and a relevant portfolio may also be considered.
- Final consideration will be based on the candidate’s CV, portfolio, relevant experience and discussion during the direct call/interview.

COMPENSATION

₹30,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and portfolio.

Travel to Vibescapes properties will be required as and when required and will be considered/covered by the company as per company policy.
