About the Role

We are looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator who can take ideas from concept to finished content.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable being on camera, shooting videos, creating Reels/Shorts, writing captions, and editing engaging social-media content. You should understand what makes content perform on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social-media videos
- Develop creative concepts, hooks, scripts and content ideas
- Shoot high-quality videos using mobile phones/cameras
- Edit short-form videos using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, Canva or similar
- Write engaging captions, hooks and basic scripts
- Research current Instagram, YouTube and social-media trends
- Create content calendars and plan regular content
- Work on both video and static content when required
- Collaborate with the marketing/team members to develop campaign ideas
- Manage the complete content creation process — idea → shoot → edit → publish
- Track content performance and identify what type of content works best
- Continuously experiment with new formats,

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing or a related role
- Solid understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and short-form content
- Good video shooting and editing skills
- Strong communication and storytelling ability
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas
- Comfortable appearing on camera when required
- Knowledge of basic lighting, framing and audio
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good understanding of current social-media trends

Tools / Skills Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- CapCut
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Canva
- Photoshop
- After Effects
- Instagram
- YouTube
- Facebook
- Basic photography/videography
