Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms, aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Daily tasks include drafting posts, writing captions and short-form copy, sourcing or creating visuals and basic graphics, and scheduling content using social media management tools.

The role also involves community management activities such as responding to comments, engaging with followers, and assisting in the development of content calendars and campaign concepts.

Qualifications

- Strong social media content creation skills, including copywriting for posts, captions, and short-form content.
- Experience with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) and basic knowledge of platform-specific best practices.
- Ability to use social media management and scheduling tools, and to interpret basic analytics and performance reports.
- Foundational design skills for creating or editing visuals, with familiarity in tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles, including branding, audience targeting, and content strategy.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail and consistency in tone and style.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, collaborate in a team environment, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in social media content creation for agencies, startups, or brands is preferred but not mandatory.
