- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.

- Build and nurture an online community by promoting positive interaction.

4. Analytics and Improvement:

- Monitor performance metrics for social media platforms and websites.

- Suggest and implement strategies for improvement based on data analysis.
