SOCIAL MEDIA ASSOCIATE

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute creative social media ideas and concepts aligned with the brand’s objectives.
2. Coordinate with the Design Team to ensure timely execution of social media creatives, posts, reels, and other content.
3. Plan and manage social media posting across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
4. Maintain and regularly update the Social Media Content Calendar to ensure consistent and timely communication.
5. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and DMs across all social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to gather relevant information, offers, campaigns, and updates for social media content.
7. Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and brand activities.
8. Monitor content performance and share basic insights and observations to improve future content.
9. Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, hashtags, and content ideas relevant to the brand.

Requirements :





1. 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management, Social Media Marketing, or a similar role.
2. Valuable understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
3. Strong creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
4. Good coordination and communication skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to content schedules and deadlines.
6. Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics will be an added advantage.
