Key Responsibilities

Trend Micro Platform Operations

- Support the operational health and availability of Trend Micro agents across on-premises and cloud-hosted environments.
- Monitor agent deployment, health status, policy compliance, and operational effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform, agent, communication, and reporting-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams, security teams, and vendor support for issue resolution.

Security Operations & Compliance

- Manage endpoint security controls and ensure compliance with customer security requirements.
- Perform vulnerability and security posture reviews related to Trend Micro deployments.
- Support incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Participate in major incident investigations and root cause analysis activities.

Reporting & Governance

- Produce monthly KPI and operational reports.
- Publish agent installation coverage and compliance metrics.
- Track and report agent health, including reporting and non-reporting systems.
- Provide operational dashboards, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Platform Lifecycle Management

- Manage Trend Micro platform lifecycle activities including upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and maintenance activities.
- Support testing, deployment, and validation of platform updates.




- Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
- Ensure configuration and operational standards are consistently followed.

Automation & Continuous Improvement

- Identify opportunities to automate operational activities.
- Drive process improvements to improve service efficiency and security posture.
- Recommend and implement best practices for endpoint and server security management.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives and operational excellence programs.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of experience in Windows/Linux Server Administration, Endpoint Security, or Infrastructure Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Trend Micro products (Vision One, Apex One, Deep Security, Workload Security, or similar EDR/AV platforms).
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with enterprise security operations, vulnerability management, and endpoint protection technologies.
- Experience troubleshooting endpoint agent, server security, and monitoring issues.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
- Robust analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
