- In depth understanding of the hardware, control system and software aspects of Traction Motors used Electric vehicles.
- Overall understanding of EV architecture and ecosystem. Overall understanding of Battery, Power converters and Vehicle control system of Electric Vehicles
- Hands on experience in various stages of product development and deployment of Electric motor system
- Experience in design & development of either Traction motor, Inverter, MCU hardware, software etc
- Experience with control strategy development, modelling, simulation and tuning of control algorithms, integration and vehicle level testing of Electric Motors
- Positive understanding of the performance requirements and benchmarks for Electric motors and Traction system
- Understanding of validation of Traction system on component and system level
- Good commutation skills with ability to co-ordinate with inter disciplinary teams working across different geographic locations.
