Job Purpose To provide high-quality slimming and weight-management services to clients by professionally delivering slimming therapies and operating slimming appliances as per VLCC SOPs, while ensuring client comfort, hygiene, safety, accurate records, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities1. Slimming & Weight Management Services

- Execute slimming therapy and appliance sessions as per VLCC SOPs.
- Ensure client comfort and proper execution of every session.
- Deliver services with a focus on expected weight-loss and circumference-loss outcomes.
- Accurately record client measurements and obtain the required client and therapist signatures.
- Take and record measurements at the enquiry stage, zero session, and subsequent sessions as per SOP.

1. Client Consultation

- Explain the basic principles of slimming therapies and appliances to clients in simple and clear language.
- Provide appropriate weight-loss, inch-loss, or maintenance advice.
- Understand client requirements and provide a comfortable and professional service experience.

1. Safety & Medical Guidelines

- Follow medical contraindications related to slimming therapies and appliances.
- Take guidance from the Doctor, Physiotherapist, and Dietician before providing relevant sessions.
- Identify concerns that require expert attention and refer clients appropriately.

Hygiene & Equipment Maintenance

- Maintain cleanliness of therapy and appliance rooms.
- Ensure trolley and bed settings are arranged as per SOP.
- Disinfect appliance pads before every session and maintain periodic sterilization as per SOP.
- Sterilize and maintain equipment and slimming tools after each service.
- Handle slimming equipment and products responsibly.
- Maintain adequate stock of slimming products and communicate stock requirements to the Slimming Head.

1. Client Consultation & Sales

- Build positive relationships with clients through professional communication.
- Soft-sell appropriate slimming packages and products based on client requirements.
- Support client retention through quality service and a positive experience.

1. Records & Administrative Tasks

- Schedule client appointments.
- Maintain accurate slimming service records.
- Record whole-body and problematic-area measurements as required.
- Enter measurements accurately in the CPR and obtain required signatures.
- Generate required reports and maintain service documentation.

1. Continuous Improvement

- Attend staff and training meetings.
- Upgrade technical and service skills through continuous learning.




- Support the team with additional responsibilities and multitasking as required.

Required Skills & Competencies

Education & Experience

- Hands-on experience / Apprenticeship Training in a relevant field.
