NWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Application Support Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to provide technical support for enterprise applications.



The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and a passion for resolving customer issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Provide L1/L2 support for web and enterprise applications. N
- Troubleshoot application, configuration, and performance-related issues. N
- Analyse logs, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions. N
- Handle customer ticketsthrough Zoho, ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar ticketing systems. N
- Escalate complex issuesto engineering teams with detailed analysis. N
- Perform application testing after bug fixes and deployments. N
- Support application deployments, patches, and release activities. N
- Maintain knowledge basearticles, troubleshooting guides, and standard operating procedures. N
