Stipend: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to manage and supervise day-to-day activities for an STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) project. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating workers and contractors, monitoring work progress, maintaining quality, and ensuring timely completion of site activities.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily STP site activities and manpower.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, engineers, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Supervise civil, piping, plumbing, and related STP works.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Maintain daily site reports and work records.
- Coordinate material requirements and deliveries.
- Identify and report site-related issues to management.
- Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the site.

Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 6 Months - 1 Year of experience in site supervision.




- Experience in STP, sewage, water treatment, plumbing, piping, or civil works will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of construction drawings and site measurements.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage workers and contractors.
- Kannada speaking is preferred/required.
- Willingness to work at the project site.
- Must know how to ride a two-wheeler/bike.
