We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Senior Site Supervisor to oversee in office construction activities for residential, commercial, and high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing end-to-end execution, including successful project handovers, with strong technical knowledge of both structural and superstructural works.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations for residential, commercial, and high-rise construction projects.
- Ensure projects are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Lead site teams including engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and labor workforce.
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and project management teams.
- Ensure accurate implementation of structural and superstructural components.
- Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings and ensure correct execution at site.
- Maintain site documentation, progress reports, and daily activity logs.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues, delays, and technical challenges proactively.
- Ensure timely completion and successful handover of projects to clients/stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks at various construction stages.
- Manage material usage and coordinate procurement to avoid delays or wastage.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 15+ years of experience in real estate/construction industry.




- Proven track record of successful project handovers in residential and commercial developments.
- Hands-on experience in high-rise building projects is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in structural and superstructural construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and safety practices.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with reputed real estate developers.
- Familiarity with local building codes and statutory regulations.
