Key Responsibilities & Duties:

- Inward Log Verification: Receive and thoroughly inspect all materials delivered to the site against Purchase Orders (PO), delivery challans, and invoices.
- Quality Check Control: Flag and document damaged, defective, or rejected materials immediately through non-conformance reporting (NCR)

Inventory Control & Warehousing

- Issue Material Requests: Verify approved material requisition slips from site teams/engineers before releasing inventory.
- Optimise Stocking Principles: Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expired, First Out) tracking strategies to optimise stock turnover and minimise expiration waste.
- Stock Security & Preservation: Organise the store layout to prevent material degradation, weathering, or in office theft.
- Reorder Level Monitoring:



Set minimum stock buffer thresholds and timely trigger internal indents for fast-moving items.

Audits & Administrative Documentation

- Physical Stock Counting: Conduct regular monthly, quarterly, and annual cycle counts to maintain zero discrepancy alongside technical records.
- MIS & Consumption Reporting: Create daily and weekly material variance, allocation, and logistics summary sheets for senior management.
- Vendor & Billing Follow-up: Coordinate back-and-forth documentation with accounts and procurement for swift invoice closures

Candidates in buildings construction industry are preferred Pay: ₹10,022.57 - ₹32,604.56 per month
