As part of the Fortune Group, Techno Paints aims to provide creative decorative painting solutions with a continuously updated product line.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the site team and internal teams for daily site requirements and updates.

- Follow up on material requirements, purchase orders, dispatches and timely availability of materials.

- Coordinate regarding labour/manpower requirements and highlight shortages or issues affecting work progress.

- Follow up with vendors, contractors and concerned departments for pending activities and timely resolution.

- Maintain daily/weekly reports, MIS, material records and other project-related documentation.





- Track pending issues and ensure timely follow-up and closure.

- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for day-to-day requirements and communication.

- Ensure required requests, approvals and processes are completed through the ERP system.

- Escalate delays, material shortages or other operational issues to the concerned authority.

Key Requirements:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in coordination/operations.

- Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills

- Good working experience in MS Excel

- Experience in material, vendor and manpower coordination preferred

- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

- Ability to coordinate with site teams and internal departments from the office
