Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise daily construction activities at the project site.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and vendors.

- Monitor civil, finishing, and other construction works as per project requirements.

- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

- Manage site manpower, materials, and equipment.

- Monitor project progress and maintain daily site reports.

- Identify and resolve site issues and coordinate with the project team.

- Ensure proper safety practices and housekeeping at the site.

- Support timely completion of project milestones.

- Report site progress and issues to senior management.

Requirements:

- 5–10 years of experience in real estate/construction projects.

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.

- Strong knowledge of residential/commercial construction and finishing works.

- Experience in contractor and manpower management.

- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage site activities independently

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
