Job Title: Site Engineer

Locations: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Raigarh / Kurnool

Reporting To: UX Engineer

Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Summary The Site Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end site execution and coordination, ensuring project activities are completed as per approved drawings, BOQ, customer requirements, quality standards, timelines, and budget. The role will act as a key link between site operations, customers, vendors, supervisors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute site activities as per approved drawings, BOQ, and customer requirements.
- Monitor daily site execution and ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and company policies.
- Coordinate with customers, internal teams, supervisors, and vendors.
- Plan and deploy manpower, tools, equipment, and consumables.
- Track material receipts, usage, shortages, and damage at site.
- Arrange gate passes and work permits and ensure compliance with client site regulations.
- Control site-level expenses and maintain billing and expense documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for civil work, equipment hiring, and local procurement.
- Ensure installation quality and resolve site execution/design-related issues.
- Share daily progress updates with customers and internal stakeholders through email and WhatsApp.
- Identify project risks and delays and escalate issues proactively.
- Handle customer queries and execution-related escalations.
- Manage travel, accommodation, and logistics for site teams.
- Support recruitment and development of skilled site manpower.
- Train site teams on execution standards, safety practices, and quality expectations.




- Maintain completion reports, execution summaries, DPRs, and other site records.

Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or any relevant technical field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in site execution/project implementation.
- Experience in interior, signage, branding, or visual management projects is preferred.
